The NYS DSRIP Program set out to transform the Medicaid delivery system across the continuum of care, with a focus on performance and outcomes defined to prepare the system for the transition to value based payment (VBP). Alongside successes demonstrated in the performance results, key collaborations across organizations and systems of care have been successfully established.

The symposium will provide a forum to share the perspectives and
insight of the DSRIP Performing Providers Systems, Physical and
Behavioral Health Providers, Managed Care Organizations, and
community organizations addressing the Social Determinants of Health.
The goal of the summit is to provide a platform for these perspectives
on advancing VBP and gain understanding for further discussion.
